Halcyon Hotel Managed Studio with Balcony

A deluxe studio-type condominium right in the heart of the city. Relax and enjoy Baguio with the convenience of urban living equipped with hotel standard amenities. Accessible to the city’s premier commercial district and best dining spots, the unit is also steps away from the city public market for souvenir shopping. 

The studio is situated on the fifth floor. It has a beautiful view and is well ventilated by fresh air. The room has a balcony for you to enjoy the view. But please note that smoking is strictly prohibited in the room and even in the balcony as Baguio City has a no smoking ordinance. 

We also have a bottle opener, a cork screw, several glasses and ice cube tray, for guests to enjoy some drinks. A small refrigerator is available in case you need it. Complimentary water will be provided. You can also brew your own fresh cup of coffee. Breakfast is not provided but as several restaurants are available within the building and nearby. The room is equipped with Samsung smart TV so you can enjoy Netflix, Youtube and other online entertainment. You can even Screencast your Samsung phone to the TV. A JBL horizon also serves as a bedside lamp. It has 2 charging slots in case you forgot to bring your charger. It serves as a night light and a Bluetooth enabled speaker with vibrant sound quality. Soap, shampoo, and dental kit are also provided, as well as bath towel. This unit is professionally cleaned by Halcyon Vacation Rentals Inc. Guests can use all the amenities provided by the condominium and of course, the studio unit is for guests to enjoy. 

The Lobby is a great place to hang out and stretch your legs in the indoor garden. Guest interaction will be limited because we value your privacy. You can contact me or St. Patrick Village for any concerns and requests. We are available from 9:00 AM - 11:00 PM. 

Cedar Peak is situated right in the heart of Baguio City giving access to lots of dining and entertainment options. Once out of the building, you are steps away from Session Road, SM City Baguio, Our Lady of the Atonement Cathedral (A.K.A. Baguio Cathedral) and Public Market. Walking is best to get around when you stay at Cedar Peak. SM SaveMore, Watson and several food places is located in the same building.

Taxi is abundant in the area so guests can explore Baguio City conveniently. The neighborhood is safe since nightly police patrols are observed and hospitals are also available just around the corner. Guests who want to go on with their regular fitness regime can easily find a Fitness Gym or Yoga Studio nearby. 

Taxis are also abundant. But in case you want the privacy of your own car, there are parking spaces available in the building for 300 pesos multiple entry for 24 hours, just inform the parking attendant about your stay. 

For security measures, the condominium security requires your valid ID upon checking-in.

 Please be advised that the cleaning fee is only a one-time fee. Extra charges will be applied upon receiving a request to change the linens and towels, and make-up room.
